The Palmetto Palace Mobile Health Unit will be in Santee/Orangeburg County on Saturday, April 20th, 2024! The mobile health unit will be offering on-site clinics and free routine labs from 9am-3pm for Medicaid and/or uninsured/unfunded patients.

• Chronic Care Management (Diabetes, Hypertension, Asthma, Hypothyroidism, Anemia)

• Women's Health (Pap Smears, Referrals for Mammograms, Sexually Transmitted Disease (STDs))

• Mental Health Navigation (Patient Health Questionnaire-9 (PHQ-9))

• Free on-site medications plus for every lab sign-up free mixed bag of groceries! Open to individuals 15+.

Please bring an identification card if possible as well as any medications you are currently taking.
