The Palmetto Palace Mobile Health Unit will be in Santee on Saturday, July 22nd, 2023. The unit will visit every 3rd Saturday of each month and provides the following services for Medicaid and/or uninsured/unfunded patients from 9am to 3pm:

• Chronic Care Management (Diabetes, Hypertension, Asthma, Hypothyroidism, Anemia)

• Women's Health (Pap Smears, Referrals for Mammograms, Sexually Transmitted Disease (STDs))

• Mental Health Navigation (Patient Health Questionnaire-9 (PHQ-9))

Free on-site medications plus for every lab sign-up free mixed bag of groceries!

Open to individuals 15+.

Please bring an identification card if possible as well as any medications you are currently taking.
