The Palmetto Palace is excited to announce that our mobile health unit is now serving Santee in Orangeburg County starting Saturday, April 22, 2023. The unit will visit every 4th Saturday of each month and provides the following services for Medicaid and/or uninsured/unfunded patients from 9am to 3pm:

• Chronic Care Management (Diabetes, Hypertension, Asthma, Hypothyroidism, Anemia)

• Women's Health (Pap Smears, Referrals for Mammograms, Sexually Transmitted Disease (STDs))

• Mental Health Navigation (Patient Health Questionnaire-9 (PHQ-9))

Free on-site medications plus for every lab sign-up free mixed bag of groceries!

Open to individuals 15+.

Please bring an identification card if possible as well as any medications you are currently taking.
