The Palmetto Palace Mobile Health Unit will be in North Charleston on Saturday, October 7th! The mobile health unit will be offering on-site clinics and free routine labs from 8am-4pm for Medicaid and/or uninsured/unfunded patients.

- Chronic Care Management (Diabetes, Hypertension, Asthma, Hypothyroidism, Anemia)

- Women's Health (Pap Smears, Referrals for Mammograms, Sexually Transmitted Disease (STDs))

- Mental Health Navigation (Patient Health Questionnaire-9 (PHQ-9))

Free on-site medications plus for every lab sign-up free mixed bag of groceries!

Open to individuals 15+.

Please bring an identification card if possible as well as any medications you are currently taking.
