The Palmetto Palace Mobile Health Unit will be in Allendale County on Saturday, May 13th! The mobile health unit will be offering on-site clinics and free routine labs from 9am-3pm for Medicaid and/or uninsured/unfunded patients.

Please bring an identification card if possible as well as any medications you are currently taking.

Open to individuals ages 15+.

Sign up for the following services:

• Chronic Care Management (Diabetes, Hypertension, Asthma, Hypothyroidism, Anemia)

• Women's Health (Pap Smears, Referrals for Mammograms, Sexually Transmitted Disease (STDs))

• Mental Health Navigation (Patient Health Questionnaire-9 (PHQ-9))

Free on-site medications plus free mixed bag of grocery for every lab sign-up!
