The Palmetto Palace Mobile Health Unit will be in Allendale County on Saturday, July 8, 2023. Join us for a FREE COMMUNITY LUNCH and the following services for Medicaid and/or uninsured/unfunded patients from 9am to 3pm:

• Chronic Care Management (Diabetes, Hypertension, Asthma, Hypothyroidism, Anemia)

• Women's Health (Pap Smears, Referrals for Mammograms, Sexually Transmitted Disease (STDs))

• Mental Health Navigation (Patient Health Questionnaire-9 (PHQ-9))

Free on-site medications plus for every lab sign-up free mixed bag of groceries!

Open to individuals 15+.

Please bring an identification card if possible as well as any medications you are currently taking.
