The Lowcountry Regional Transportation Authority / Palmetto Breeze provides public transportation for the Lowcountry region and is responsible for overall administration and policy development of the Authority.

Tests will be performed during your bus transfer so we may stay a few minutes extra to allow everyone that wants to test to be served.
